Happi Clothing Stamp is a pre-inked stamp loaded with non toxic Happi Fabric Ink. It has a built-in ink supply which provides up to 1000 sharp impressions and can easily be reinked when necessary. A smooth stamp mechanism helps to produce exceptional imprint quality. 

Every Happi Clothing Stamp you purchase will be loaded with our non toxic Happi Fabric Ink, you can choose from black ink and white ink. Both inks are oil-based and are formulated to be used on any tightly woven fabric, such as cotton, linen, denim and cotton blend (with higher cotton ratio). It also works well on cotton blend school uniforms. Synthetic fabric and fluffy fabric are not recommended. Note: Our fabric ink doesn't work well on most clothes tags unless it is made of cotton/ cotton blend). 

Please note the bigger the fabric weave, the more ink will penetrate through the fabric. So, it’s always best to choose tightly woven fabrics, such as cotton or linen. Mostly it will occur when you use black ink on thin clothing. Seeing through the impression on the back of the garment may not be desirable. We suggest you can stamp in the fold hem/neckline of tops and waistband of pants. And remember, press down the stamp for 1 sec with medium pressure only on the garment. This can avoid too much ink penetrating through the garment. Otherwise you can use the iron on labels instead which will be gifted with every purchase of any black ink clothing stamps. 

Yes. It can only be re-inked with our Happi Fabric black ink and white ink which are sold at Happi Stamp Co. exclusively.

Yes. In addition to clothing, Happi Clothing Stamp can be used on paper, shoe insole, bags, hat, blanket, socks, etc. Not suitable for non-absorbent surfaces such as plastic, glass, metal, etc.

Our black and white fabric inks are permanent fabric ink. However, without a full process of heat set, our inks will fade gradually through numbers of washes. For black fabric ink, it will remain permanent on fabric up to 50 washes at 30°C or 30 washes at 60°C. For white fabric ink, it will remain permanent on fabric up to 20 cold washes due to the lower opacity on dark coloured fabric. You can re-stamp the clothing when necessary. NOTE: If any stain removal product is used in the wash, the imprint can fade away faster. 

When you purchase Happi Clothing Stamp, it is already loaded with our Happi Fabric ink. You can use it right away when you receive it.

Now it’s time to practise by stamping on a piece of paper or old clothing before stamping on the clothes that you intend to mark.

When you are ready, here are the steps to follow:-

Step 1: Lay the garment flat and wrinkle-free on a flat and hard surface.

Step 2: Place the Happi Clothing Stamp on the garment where you intend to mark.

Step 3: Hold the stamp with both hands (for an even imprint) and press down for 1 sec with medium pressure then release. 

Step 4: Close the lid of the stamp immediately after each use.

Step 5: Let the ink dry on the garment for 10 minutes before use or for 24 hours before washing.

NOTE: If your garment is brand new, please wash it to remove starch, conditioners or glue that may prevent absorption of the fabric ink before using our clothing stamp on it. If any stain removal product is used in the wash, the imprint can fade away faster.

When you purchase Happi Clothing Stamp with white ink, it is already loaded with our white Happi Fabric Ink. You can use it right away when you receive it. Follow through the instructions and the imprint will stay on the garment much longer up to 20 cold washes. Our white ink stamps work best on the clothes which have a high contrast to white ink, which means any colors that are close to the black color will work better, the imprints will be more visible.

Now it’s time to practise by stamping on a piece of paper or old clothing before stamping on the clothes that you intend to mark.

When you are ready, here are the steps to follow:-

Step 1: Lay the garment flat and wrinkle-free on a flat and hard surface.

Step 2: Place the Happi Clothing Stamp on the garment where you intend to mark.

Step 3: Hold the stamp with both hands (for an even imprint) and press down for 1 sec with medium pressure then release. 

Step 4: Close the lid of the stamp immediately after each use.

Step 5: For the best result, you can put the garment where the imprint is into cold water for 10 minutes, however, it is optional

Step 6: Let the garment and the ink dry for 24 hours.

Step 7:  Perform a heat setting on the imprint. Set the iron on medium to hot setting, determined by the type of fabric                          (check the label of the garment). Make sure there is no water in the iron. Run the iron across the imprint for 20                       seconds, moving it around constantly so you don't  scorch the garment. You may also use a hair straightener to                      complete this step.

Step 1: Protect the surface with two layers of paper.

Step 2: Remove the plastic cover and the lid.

Step 3: Grasp the stamp firmly with one hand on the top grips and the other hand on the bottom grips.

Step 4: Place the stamp on the paper. Remove the white cover by pulling upwards. You will hear a "pop" sound when the ink cartridge is detached.

Step 5: Add about 3mL of ink in the ink cartridge.

Step 6: Attach the ink cartridge by pressing the white cover down on it. You will hear a "pop" sound again when it is done.

Step 7: After re-inking wait 12 hours before using to allow the ink to penetrate the ink cartridge. If the imprint is still light, re-ink again.

NOTE: Always refill with the same brand and same color of ink as your original stamp. After inking, leave the Happi Clothing Stamp in the upright position to prevent leakage and to allow complete ink absorption.

The iron-on label is used on any thin or dark-coloured fabric. Simply stamp on the iron-on label(matte side). Cut the label to the right size. Place the label on the clothes. Set the iron (no water needed) on medium or high heating (Please refer to your garment’s instructions). Cover the label with baking paper on top. Place the iron firmly on top and hold it for 10 seconds. It is washing machine safe.

Your order will be sent via Australia Post E-Parcel if you have selected standard shipping. It does take a while for tracking to register in the system, so wait a day or so before you try and track your order. 

Standard Shipping - Orders sent can take up to 3-6 business days, depending on destination points.

Express Shipping – if you have selected the Express Shipping option, delivery is within 48 hours after your order has been dispatched.

International Standard Shipping - If you have selected the International Standard Shipping option, delivery time varys from 6 days to 28 days after your order has been dispatched depending your location.

International Express Shipping - If you have selected the International Express Shipping option, delivery time varys from 6 days to 20 days after your order has been dispatched depending your location.

We know the excitement of expecting our Happi Stamp Co. order. However, sometimes delivery may take longer than the expected time frame. We ask you to continue to track the latest status of your order with the tracking number we provided.

Please contact us immediately on hello@happistampco.com.au if your order was sent out by standard shipping and hasn't arrived within 15 business days of the expected delivery date or your order was sent out by express shipping and hasn't arrived within 1 business day of the expected delivery date. We will lodge an enquiry to our postal service provider upon the receipt of your email. 

Postage costs associated with the return of products are at the sole responsibility of the customer, Happi Stamp Co. will accept product returns if a customer changes their mind on any non-custom products within 5 days upon the receipt of the product/s.

In order to qualify for a change of mind return, product/s must be unused, unopened and with all original packaging and labels intact. Please contact us on hello@happistampco.com.au  to provide order number and photo of the product/s.

If Happi Stamp Co. is satisfied with the condition of the product being unused, unopened and with all original packaging and labels intact, Happi Stamp Co. will provide the customer a gift card equivalent to the value of the purchased product. Gift cards are valid for 60 days on happistampco.com.au

Please note Happi Stamp Co. does not offer change of mind return on all custom products.

A faulty product is defined as one which has arrived to the customer damaged. If a customer receives a faulty product, Happi Stamp Co. will refund the customer the value of the faulty product/s following their return to Happi Stamp Co.

A customer must communicate the fault within 7 days upon the receipt of the product/s. Please contact us on hello@happistampco.com.au to provide order number, description and photos of the fault. Our customer care team will then be in touch to organise next steps.
